ਬ੍ਰਿਸਬੇਨ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕੀਤੀ- ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੱਕ (ਆਰ ਟੀ ਆਈ ‘ਚ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ)
ਬ੍ਰਿਸਬੇਨ, 17 ਸਤੰਬਰ (….) 3 ਮਾਰਚ 2023 ਨੂੰ ਅਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਦੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਸਬੇਨ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿਚ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਹੋਈ।ਸਾਰੇ ਮੀਡੀਏ ਨੇ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਾ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੁਣ ਛਾਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਤੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕੁਝ ਤੱਥ ਲੁਕਾ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ। ਪੁਲਸ ਨੁੰ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਖੁਦ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਬੇਅਦਬੀਆਂ ਇਕ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਲਗਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਤਫਤੀਸ਼ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਲਾਂਘੇ ਦੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੇ ਮੋਢੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਭਬੀਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੁਰਾਇਆ ਵਲੋਂ ਪਾਈ ਇਕ ਆਰ ਟੀ ਆਈ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਤਹਿਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਵੀ ਹੋਇਆ ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਦਨਾਮੀ ਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੋ ਹੀ ਗਈ।
12 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2023 ਨੂੰ ਅਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਮੈਲਬੌਰਨ, 16 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਰਮ ਡਾਊਨਜ਼ (ਵਿਕਟੋਰੀਆ) ਅਤੇ 23 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਐਲਬ੍ਰਟ ਪਾਰਕ ਮੈਲਬੌਰਨ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਬ੍ਰਿਸਬੇਨ ਦਾ ਮੰਦਰ 3 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਅਦਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਨਵਰੀ ਦੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਚਲਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਮਾਰਚ। ਕਾਰਨ; ਕਿਉਕਿ ਓਥੇ ਓਥੇ ਤਰਤੀਬਵਾਰ ਸਿੱਖਜ਼ ਫਾਰ ਜਸਟਸ ਦੀ ਰੈਂਫਰੈਂਡਮ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਹੋਣੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਆਰ ਟੀ ਆਈ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਭੇਜੀ ਪੁਲਸ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਅਜਾਦ ਰਿਆਸਤ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਦਰਜ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਰਾਂਹੀ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਤਾਕਤ (ਭਾਵ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਅਜੈਂਸੀ) ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦਾ ਬਹਾਨਾ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਅਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਾਏ ਅਖੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਰੈਂਫਰੈਂਡਮ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਮਨ ਕਨੂੰਨ ਵਿਗੜਨ ਦਾ ਖਤਰਾ ਬਣੇਗਾ, ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਤਣਾਅ ਬਣੇਗਾ।
ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੌਕਾ ਇ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਤੇ ਉਂਜ ਸੀ ਸੀ ਟੀ ਵੀ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਵੇਲੇ ਬੰਦ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਤੇ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਦੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਾਰਡ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮੁਲਜਮ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਕਰਨ ਆਏ ਸਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਬੰਦ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ (ਜੈਮਿੰਗ ਡੀਵਾਈਸਿਸ) ਸਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਗਲ ਮਨਘੜਤ ਹੈ।ਕੈਮਰੇ ਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਹੀ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਨਾਲੇ ਮੌਕਾ ਇ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਤੇ ਕੈਮਰਾ ਬੰਦ ਸੀ।
ਮੰਦਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਕੋਈ 30 ਕੈਮਰੇ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਫੁੱਟਏਜ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਨਹੀ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ।
ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਜਨਾਨੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਤਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਂਦੀ ਸੀ। ਅਖੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਗਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਬੋਲੀ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਪੁਲਸ ਸਾਰਜੈਂਟ ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟੇ ਮੁਲਾਜਮ ਨਾਲ ਗਲ ਨਹੀ ਕਰਾਂਗੀ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਪਤਾ ਦੱਸਣ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਇਨਕਾਰੀ ਸੀ।ਖੁਫੀਆ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਹ ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਭੜਕਾਉਦੀ ਵੀ ਵੇਖੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਸਬੰਧ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਕੋਲੋ ਲੱਗਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਸਵੇਰੇ 8 ਵਜੇ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਆਇਆ।
ਪੁਲਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੀ ਜੋ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਰਾਤੀ 10 ਵਜੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਏ ਤੇ ਪਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਦਾ ਮਤਲ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਰਾਤੀਂ 10 ਵਜੇ, 3 ਮਾਰਚ 2023 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਤੇ ਗੁਰਾਇਆ ਦਾ ਕੰਮੈਂਟ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਕੰਮ ਕੋਈ ਮੁਲਜਮ ਅੱਧੀ ਰਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਹੀ ਕਰੇਗਾ। 10 ਵਜੇ ਤਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਆਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਾਗਦੇ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਫ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਹੋਇਆ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਕਿਉਕਿ ਅਗਲੇ ਦਿਨ, ਭਾਵ 4 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੈਲੀ ਸੀ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬ੍ਰਿਸਬੇਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਜੋ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਭ ਵਿਚ ਇਕਸਾਰਤਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਵ ਨਾਹਰੇ ਇਕੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਹੀ ਲਿਖੇ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਤੇ ਗੁਰਾਇਆ ਨੇ ਕੰਮੈਂਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਿਰਫ ਅਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਹੀ ਨਹੀ, ਕਨੇਡਾ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਜੋ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਐਨ ਏਸੇ ਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੇਸ ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਫਾਈਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਕਿ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਨੇ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਕੰਧ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਪੇਂਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਪਰ ਇਸ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਸਵਾਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਦਨਾਮੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਹਲ ਕੱਢਿਆ?
ਪੁਲਸ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਫਾਰਤਖਾਨੇ ਨੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮੰਦਰ ‘ਚ ਸੀ ਸੀ ਟੀ ਵੀ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਲਵਾਏ ਜਾਣ। ਮਤਲਬ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਫਾਰਤਖਾਨਾ ਅਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਫ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਦਖਲਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਮੰਦਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਅਜੈਂਸੀ ਦੇ ਮੋਹਰੇ ਬਣੇ ਲਗਦੇ ਨੇ।
ਗੁਰਾਇਆ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਿੱਛੇ 2021 ਵਿਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਜੂਡ ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਉਪਰੰਤ ਅਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਹਨੂੰ ਡੀਪੋਰਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਪਰਤਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਕਰਨਾਲ ‘ਚ ਜਲੂਸ ਕੱਢ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਜਨਤਕ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਹਰਿਆਣੇ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਉਹਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਆਨ ਤਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਗਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਰਵੱਈਏ ਦਾ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਾ ਲਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਫਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪਾੜਾ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਜਨਤਾ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਮੰਗ ਦੀ ਵਿਰੋਧਤਾ ਕਰੇ।
ਪਿਛਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਹੀ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੇ ਸੈਨ ਫਰਾਂਸਿਸਕੋ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਫਾਰਤਖਾਨੇ ਵਿਚ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗੀ। ਸਫਾਰਤਖਾਨੇ ਨੇ ਇਲਜਾਮ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਹੈ। ਫਾਇਰ ਬ੍ਰਿਗੇਡ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲਗਦੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਆਪੇ ਲਾਈ ਅੱਗ ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਹੈ।
ਅੰਤ ਵਿਚ ਗੁਰਾਇਆ ਦਾ ਇਲਜਾਮ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੁਝ ਓਹੋ ਅਜੈਂਸੀ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੇ ਦੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਰੋਜ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

Brisbane, Sept. 17 (…………..) On March 3, 2023 a Hindu temple in Brisbane is vandalised. It was alleged that this was handiwork of Sikhs. In its investigation police finds that CCTV cameras were shut down at the appropriate moment and temple management. Police suspect it was deliberately done by management itself. When temple management removed the graffiti and evaded further cooperation, police closed the case. Since the police didn’t issue a public statement, a slur remained on simple community called the Sikhs. Police also suspected that vandalism cases in other Australian cities had much in common.
All this has come out in the police reply to an RTI filed by a Sikh named Bhabishan Singh Goraya on Brisbane case.
On Jan. 12, 2023 a Melbourne temple, Jan 16 Karrum Downs (Victoria), Jan 23 another temple in Melbourne and on March 3 a Brisbane temple is vandalised. Interestingly these are clearly linked with Sikh political rallies in Melbourne on Jan. 29 and in Brisbane on March 2, 2023 respectively.
In reply to RTI police report says that the temple (Brisbane) management suspects only the Sikhs for Justice for this crime.
Police investigation report states “intelligence officers also believe that the graffiti my have been done by the Hindus themselves in order to generate police attention towards the Sikhs for Justice group activity.”
It means the vested interest (Indian intelligence agency) seeks that Police should see Sikh political rally as a law and order threat and thus curb it.
Police report says that there are 30 CCTV cameras installed in the temple and the footage was not provided to police. More over the camera installed at the place of incidence didn’t trigger at the time of incidence. A security officer of temple stated before police that the criminals might have used jamming devices. The police believe this claim as ridiculous and that in the first place the camera was installed in such a way that it didn’t cover the incidence area and secondly it was shut down at the appropriate time.
As per Report the temple management came to know of the graffiti incidence on the next morning at about 8 AM when a devotee visited temple.
Whereas incidence video was uploaded on social media at 10 PM on March 3 itself which means that incidence occurred before 10 PM.
At this Goraya has commented that many people are awake until 10 PM and it is thus very likely the graffiti was committed with the knowledge of management.
Police believes that there is similarity in graffiti cases committed in Australia.
Goraya alleges that not only cases in Australia there is similarity of slogans graffitis of Canada as well.
Similarly on July 3, there was fire on Indian Consulate in San Francisco. Here also the fire brigade suspected the Consulate staff itself.
Report says since the graffiti has been removed by repainting the wall thus the case closed and filed.
But the question is what remedy is offered to Sikhs who were blamed for graffiti?
According to report the Indian consulate had advised the temple to install CCTV cameras. Goraya alleges that such advisories are clear interference in Australian administration.
In 2021 a student named Vishal Jood was imprisoned and later deported from Australia for attack on Sikhs and when he reached India he was given a hero’s welcome in a road show. The Chief Minister of Haryana state of India issued a statement in his support. That clearly shows India Govt encourages hate against Sikhs. India wants that the Hindu community should oppose the Sikh political demands.
